IQAC

The College has well-structured functional Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to continuously improve quality as ‘enhancement’ and sustain the work culture of the institution. IQAC will facilitate the process of internalization of the quality and play a catalytic role in performance improvement of the institution. It is to finalize the action plan of AQAR, ensured its implementation, reviewed its progress and drafted the action plan for the next year.

 Functions of IQAC:

1. Acting as a nodal agency of the college for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of good practices.
2. Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive for quality education and participatory teaching and learning process.
3. Dissemination of information on the various quality parameters of higher education.
4. Organization of workshops and seminars for students.
5. Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and functioning of the support structure.
6. To obtain feedback responses from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
7. Recognition of meritorious faculty based on achievements.
8. To provide more community services and make the students compassionate towards under privileged sections of the society.
9. Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks.
10. Equitable access to and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society
11. Documentation of the various programmes / activities leading to quality improvement.
12. Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report AQAR and SSR and submission to NAAC.
