On 15th April 2025, PTMLSD College for Women, Gurdaspur, in collaboration with the Institutional Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organized an insightful career counselling session aimed at empowering students with future-ready career options.

The session, held in partnership with NIIT, introduced the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program, emphasizing guaranteed job placements, professional training, and the path to financial independence—opening exciting doors in the banking sector for our students.

We were privileged to have Mr. Narinder Salaria (Service Provider for NIIT Ltd) and Mr. Praveen Kumar (Faculty, CRACK ACADEMY, New Delhi) as the resource persons for the session. Their expertise and guidance significantly enriched the event, offering students valuable insights into career planning and the opportunities available in the banking and finance sectors.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our esteemed Principal & IIC President, Dr. Neeru Sharma, for her unwavering support.
